A leading tech company is seeking an interim Procurement Manager consultant with expertise in Coupa to optimize our procurement processes and drive efficiency across the organization. This is a fully remote role.Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, purchasing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.Review and validate vendor quotations and contracts for compliance to policy.Engage and drive basic vendor negotiations.Utilize Coupa's for the procurement processes, including requisitioning, approval workflows, purchase orders, and invoice management.Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize procurement performance.Monitor supplier performance, conduct vendor assessments, and implement supplier management best practices.Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and industry standards.Review vendor quotes and contracts for compliance.Tools and Skills:Experience with Coupa and Salesforce for contract management.Ability to review contracts, negotiate, and influence vendors within specific language parameters related to mergers and acquisitions.Duties:The role is above basic procurement tasks but below high-level negotiations, involving contract reviews and administration tasks.
